On My Honor

Three little words. I do not trust most people, that comes from living in this world, but I trust a Scout. If a Scout tells me something happened, then it happened. If a Scout tells me they didn’t do something, they didn’t do it. A Scout is trustworthy.

In Full Swing

Well we are in full swing, and so far 2009 – 2010 is looking to be another great year. We have had our Popcorn Kickoff, School Nights, Parent Orientations, and our first Den Meeting is Tuesday.

Go Karts

Our second Summer Activity seems to have been a hit. We rode go karts at Lil 500 in Maitland. At first I was a little worried about the Scouts safety, but once they got going, I realized how safe it was. The Scouts seemed to have a great time.

Awards

Grego earned his first rank on Monday. He is the Boy Scout Rank. I am so proud of him.

Back from Summer Camp

I am back from camp. We enjoyed two days on the USS Yorktown in Chalreston. SC, and then an entire week at Camp Davy Crocket in Morristown, TN. The weather in Tennesee was amazing. It was about 79 during the day and 65 at night.

Summer Camp

Well we are off to Summer Camp tomorrow. Just Grego and me. We are going to Charleston SC to camp on the USS Yorktown for two days, and then off to Camp Davy Crocket in TN for the week.
